Secret to Success

The Secret to Success? Just Start.

In a meeting the other day, someone assumed I’m the kind of person who waits until something is perfect. They were surprised when I said no, I don’t.

Although I’d classify myself as Type A, I value action and progress far more than perfection. That’s why my team and I are known for getting things done.

We don’t wait until we’re ready. After all, if you want to learn how to swim, you have to jump in the water, right? We take the leap—learning, pivoting, and adapting as we go.

How many times have you told yourself, “I’ll start when…”?

But waiting for the perfect time, the perfect plan, or the perfect circumstances? That’s the fastest way to stay stuck—because perfect never comes.

Mark Twain once said, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started.” Success isn’t about having every step mapped out—it’s about taking that first imperfect step.

Every entrepreneur, leader, and innovator you admire? They didn’t start with all the answers. They weren’t fully prepared. They just started.

🚀 Whether it’s stepping into a new challenge, navigating a new life chapter, or prioritizing your health—the only way forward is action.

What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you can take action on today?
