My story
Hi, I'm Lindsey.
```My son was two years old when I finally saw it clearly: I had built a life that looked perfect on the outside, but felt completely wrong on the inside. I was giving the best of myself to work and closing the laptop without ever really switching off.
The things that mattered most to me — freedom, family, and faith — had slipped to the bottom of the priority list. Because I'd gotten so caught up in achieving that I'd forgotten to ask what I was actually achieving for.
That moment changed everything.
I can't watch people live the same way I did. Driven, smart, capable people — running hard toward goals that were never really theirs, numbing the discomfort with busyness, avoiding the conversations that could change everything, and drifting further from the life they actually want.
Regret is something I take personally. Helping you avoid it is why I do this work.
I became a leader, and that pushed me to grow in ways I didn't expect. I learned how to have hard conversations instead of avoiding them. I learned what real clarity feels like — and how rarely most of us actually have it. I learned that the most important work isn't on your to-do list. It's the internal work that changes how you show up for everything else.
New Norm is the coaching practice I wish I'd had. A space to slow down, get honest, and start building a life where your values and your calendar actually match.
